Poke, which is Hawaiian raw fish salad, has been quite hot in Seoul in a few recent years.

Here in Korea, many people enjoy poke with brown rice, which tastes like a different version of Bibimbap to me.

Bowl Room is located in Apgujeong, which has many visitors who look like regular gym members.

As far as I know, there are 4 main Poke menus, which look all tasty.

The place is good to come for both alone visitor and group visitors.

Based on brown rice, it is really helpful for those who are on a diet.

I strongly recommend this place to those people who intend to get fit a little. 



2. 훅트포케 (Hooked Poke)

스파이시마요 연어 포케 (Spicy Mayonnaise Salmon Poke)

서울 중구 삼일대로12길 18 (18, Samil-daero 12-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul)

Hooked Poke is located in Eulji-ro. I tried Spicy Mayonnaise Salmon Poke and I recommend this to those who love both Salmon and enjoy spicy food.

It might be a little hard to find, so please look up for it on Naver map. 



3. 슬로우캘리 (Slow Cali)

클래식 참치 포케 (Classic Ahi Poke)

This place is located on the second floor, so try to put your sight above not to pass by the place.

The space is quite small, but perfect for one healthy meal.

After having this Poke, you can take a stroll along the famous Yeontral Park(연트럴 파크).
