What you'll do
Koreans' seasonal cuisine
Together at a lively local marketplace, we’ll learn about the fresh, seasonal ingredients. If you are lucky, you can also see the process of making oil such as sesame oil and perilla oil, which Koreans love most. Using these ingredients, a culinary demonstration will be given at the cooking session which entails making three different cuisines, and tasting the dish.
